Increase your efficiency without sacrificing valuable kitchen space with this Bakers Pride COC-E1 Cyclone Series half size, electric, forced air single deck convection oven. It features a single, fully insulated stainless steel door with left hand hinges, and a right side control panel.
This fully-insulated stainless steel convection oven is designed with an energy efficient 9.5 kW direct forced air heat system. The porcelain lined heavy gauge steel interior features removable 11-position rack guides that offer 1 5/8" spacing for each of the 5 heavy duty adjustable chrome-plated racks. To keep an eye on your culinary creations, interior lighting comes standard with each unit.
Its single door with thermal pane window opens a full 180 degrees and features a 23" wide mouth opening for easy viewing and sideways loading of half-size sheet pans. For excellent safety during use, the door interlock switch automatically turns the fan and heating elements off when the oven door is opened.
This Bakers Pride COC-E1 also has a 60-minute electric timer and a 1/4 HP fan motor with dual-speed fan control and cooldown. This unit must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Choose electrical configuration.
