As part of the Bakers Pride Restaurant Series, this BPCM-60 60" cheesemelter is perfect for delicate cooking and finishing, allowing you to quickly melt cheese, heat chips, brown the tops of casseroles, toast sandwiches, or hold hot food until service! It is equipped with two gas-fired atmospheric infrared burners, each with an adjustable gas valve and a constant pilot for instant ignition.
With a sleek stainless steel exterior, cool to the touch knobs, and a one-piece broiler grid, the Bakers Pride BPCM-60 is both easy to clean and easy to operate. A full width, large capacity broiler pan can also be removed for convenient cleaning.
This cheesemelter has a spring balanced, adjustable tension assembly that raises and lowers the rack with positive multi-position locking, and also rolls out for easy loading, unloading, and cleaning. When purchased with the appropriate mounting kit (sold separately), this cheesemelter can be easily mounted to a wall or one of your existing Bakers Pride Heavy-Duty Restaurant Series ranges.
The Bakers Pride BPCM-60 60" cheesemelter is ETL Listed. Choose fuel type. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details, measurements, and installation requirements.
Mounting on all Bakers Pride Heavy-Duty Restaurant Ranges requires heavy-duty reinforcement channels, which can be ordered to fit existing back guards. Optional wall mounting brackets are available to allow wall mounting, and optional 4" legs are available for countertop use. Contact Customer Service for details.
