Achieve that great-looking golden-brown gleam with this Bake Sheen egg wash substitute. Avoid tedious brush-on egg-washing, simply spray this substitute onto food surfaces after baking to get the final touch that will draw customers in. This spray is made of a modified food starch instead of eggs, so there is no risk of salmonella contamination and the shine doesn't have an artificial look.

Excellent for coating breads, rolls, croissants, pies, and other pastries, it can also be used on dough before baking. This spray is a good choice for those who avoid aerosol products, and it has Kosher certification. Sold 6 16 ounce bottles per case.

    This is a must have for baked goods! Good for giving the perfect crust on bagels and danishes! Spray will last much longer than traditional egg wash!!
