With its durable, 430 series stainless steel exterior and 304 series stainless steel interior, the Avantco PICL3 93" refrigerated pizza prep table is strong enough to stand up to the daily demands of your busy restaurant kitchen.
This Avantco PICL3 93" refrigerated pizza prep table features a 19" deep cutting board for plenty of room to build your signature pies, and a cold topping holding area that can hold up to twelve, 1/3 size food pans up to 6" deep.
An insulated, hinged lid helps maintain proper holding temperatures when it's closed, and contributes to energy efficiency. Built in casters, two of which are locking, allow you to move the pizza refrigerator for easy cleaning and service.
The 93" pizza prep table also features a refrigerator with three self closing doors, for storing additional toppings. Three plastic coated steel shelves are included. Adjustable mounting brackets give you complete control over the refrigerator's shelving configuration, to accommodate a variety of prepared toppings, garnishes, or condiments.
The Avantco PICL3 93" refrigerated pizza prep table's 1/2 hp compressor uses R134a refrigerant. Foamed in place CFC-free insulation helps maintain interior temperatures between 32 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit. An interior fan regulates the refrigerator's temperature and directs cool air upward, to help keep your toppings at food safe holding temperatures.
The Avantco PICL3 pizza prep table has a 120V, 11.1 amp, 60 Hz. electrical rating, and is ETL Sanitation Listed and NSF Compliant.

Great product! This Avantco Pizza Prep table temperature perfectly and the refrigeration on top is key for toppings and sauces!! The prep surfaces is big enough for even large pizzas!
