Please note that White Glove delivery will typically add 5 - 7 business days to your order's transit, and only includes 30 minutes of on-site time. As oil prices continue to rise, it's important to take advantage of products that allow you to use less oil. Noble Chemical Tempest Deep Fat Fryer Cleaner is easy to use and thoroughly eliminates all encrusted grease and grime. Just follow these simple steps! Drain all grease from the fryer and safely discard grease using an oil caddy and an approved used oil discard container. Use the fryer clean out rod to clean any remaining debris out of the drain line. Rinse the fryer with hot water to remove excess, un-drained fat. For a fryer holding approximately 30 lbs. of fats or oils, fill with cool water to within 3 to 4 inches of the top. Add 8 ounces of Tempest to the cold water. Boil slowly for 20 minutes. Use proportionately, using more or less depending upon the size of the fryer. After termination of boiling, allow the fryer to drain slowly and use a long handled, heavy duty brush to clean the sides, top, heating elements, and other parts of the fryer. Then rinse thoroughly to remove all residue. For future cleaning operations, less boiling time is required to perform this cleaning operation and the amount of Tempest used may be cut in half. If that is still not enough, the 70-100 pound fryer has 5 tubes that produce up to 150,000 BTUs! Because these tube are fully submerged in the oil, they are more efficient and have a faster recovery than open VAT fryers. Tube fryers, like these Avantco units, have a large cold zone. So they are also great for heavily breaded foods like chicken and fish. This type of fryer is also ideal for when frequent filtrating is not possible, because tube fryers can contain more sediment. In addition, these fryers are equipped with Invensys thermostat controls which gives you precise temperature control. Each fryer comes with 2 nickel chrome wire mesh baskets with plastic coated handles. A 1 ¼ ball type full port drain is located in the front of the unit and quickly drains the oil during filtration or removal. Whip up chicken fingers, French fries, and other popular fried foods with the Avantco FF518 floor tube gas fryer! This floor fryer features five tubes and 150,000 BTUs of power to evenly heat oil and thoroughly cook any food. It has a spacious fry pot capable of holding up to 100 lbs., and the thermostatic controls let you quickly and easily adjust temperatures from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Two nickel plated chrome wire fryer baskets are included for convenience, each with a plastic coated handle to keep the operator's hands safe. The steel body provides outstanding durability, and its 6" adjustable legs let you place it at the perfect working height. For fast and easy cleaning, a full port drain is attached to the fry pot, and the exterior quickly wipes clean.

    Good light duty fryer. It can get overwhelmed if doing a lot back to back. Fries and tenders take longer than a more heavy duty fryer. If you have multiple fryers I would recommend this one. If this will be your only fryer and you do high volume get a more heavy duty one.

    This fryer is great on the line and the temperature is very accurate to the dial setting. Most fryers lose their calibration. This one has lasted us 3 years. Great buy.

    This is a large floor style fryer! We love using it to create mouthwatering fried appetizers like fried pickles and mozz sticks!! Easy to clean and filter oil!!
