This Avantco 20 lb. twin pot countertop fryer is suitable for light duty applications such as delis, sandwich shops, and concession stands. With a 15-minute heat-up time, this fryer is ready to use in no time! Each removable tank has a capacity of 6 liters (1.5 gallons), and the unit can cook up to 20 lbs. of food per hour. Additionally, each tank has its own temperature switch with a range of 120 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. You don't even have to use both sides, since each fryer has its own cord.

Handles are included on each tank for easy removal to dump the old oil. Additional accessories include a night cover for each tank, and 2 fryer baskets. The Avantco double countertop fryer requires a 120V electrical connection and is NSF Listed.

This unit is not designed for constant, heavy use.

    Avantco 20 Pound Countertop Fryer Twin Pots 120V (DF-6L/2)

    I purchased this for a concession stand using it when we hosted a 15 year old Babe Ruth Baseball Tournament. The fryer was excellent. We were able to keep up with the deep frying. It also cleans up very well. Very Satisfied with this product!

    I love this deep fryer...I really do! I was able to fry a 20lb bag of wingettes in less than a half hour! AND THEY WERE COOKED..Golden brown and crispy. The guest loved them.
