When properly maintained, the pastry cloth works as described. This cloth has enough body to maintain its shape while you roll out dough or pastry. Flour it well and you won't face sticky situations. I rarely use the rolling pin cover.

This cloth really helps to keep messes contained. I use it for pie and pizza crusts with great results every time. When I'm done, I simply take it outside and shake off the excess flour/powdered sugar. The rolling pin cloth that comes with it is a little big for the plastic rolling pin I normally use but does fit a wooden pin nicely. Highly recommend this cloth if enjoy easy cleanup!

This is a great cloth for working cleaner when working with dough! Flour usually ends up everywhere when baking but this cloth works nicely to keep it contained!!!

I bought this cloth to use to roll out my pie dough easier without having to ruin my clean counter space. This works out perfectly!

A very useful item when rolling out pastry dough. I slipped this over my Wilton rolling pin and rolled out my pie crust and it helps me move smoothly across the dough. Great tool, wish I had it YEARS ago. : )

This is a great multipurpose item! It keeps your doughs from sticking to both your counter top and rolling pin. All you have to do is flour the cloths up and you're ready to go.
