This pastry bag is amazing! Easy to roll on and I can just pop it into the washing machine when I'm finished for a quick cleaning. Sometimes you get lazy and do not want to wash the silicone mats, so this is a great alternative. FYI, if you do wash it, place in a low soft cycle. I also air dry it in my dryer.

I must admit this has become a staple with my pie making and pastry supplies. Excellent product that makes life much easier and helps you turn out a better product because you are not fighting a constant mess. I would highly recommend this if you bake pies or any pastry.

Pastry cloth is a lifesaver when rolling out greasy, delicate dough. It is quite large and keeps flour from flying everywhere. It is also easy to lift the rolled dough off of it without the problem of dough sticking to the work surface.

When properly maintained, the pastry cloth works as described. This cloth has enough body to maintain its shape while you roll out dough or pastry. Flour it well and you won't face sticky situations. I rarely use the rolling pin cover.

This cloth really helps to keep messes contained. I use it for pie and pizza crusts with great results every time. When I'm done, I simply take it outside and shake off the excess flour/powdered sugar. The rolling pin cloth that comes with it is a little big for the plastic rolling pin I normally use but does fit a wooden pin nicely. Highly recommend this cloth if enjoy easy cleanup!

A very useful item when rolling out pastry dough. I slipped this over my Wilton rolling pin and rolled out my pie crust and it helps me move smoothly across the dough. Great tool, wish I had it YEARS ago. : )

This is a great multipurpose item! It keeps your doughs from sticking to both your counter top and rolling pin. All you have to do is flour the cloths up and you're ready to go.
