This is a great item to always have on hand! Easy to color with food dye!! Great for making custom colors for cake decorating!! Good size for a few small cakes!!

This gel is great for dyeing blue or green to use as water on a cake. It also lasts a long time in the refrigerator.

This is a great piping gel. I personally use it to practice piping rather than piping on products. Still, this is a very high quality gel and I sugest it to any baker.

As with all of there products, they are great ! Nice flow and gloss, taste is not bad either :) If you need a godd gel for the money this is it !
