Give your customers an authentic mexican-style sweet bread with the Ateco 1474 spiral stamp. This stamp is made with high impact polystyrene plastic to ensure durability and a long product life. By marking the sweet bread prior to baking, the spiral design is lightly imprinted into the dough. As the bread rises and bakes in the oven, the pattern becomes more visible for a visually appealing presentation. While a knife can be used to score the dough, this spiral stamp allows you to create even and consistent designs. Great for bakeries and pastry shops, this stamp is the perfect way to expand your menu offerings to provide customers with a traditional mexican favorite.
Bringing you innovation and quality for over 100 years, Ateco, an August Thomsen brand, has been internationally known in the industry for creating baking tools of superior craftsmanship and design. By continually improving on tools, materials, and packaging, Ateco is dedicated to providing professional bakers with the kitchen essentials they need to succeed in an ever-evolving industry!

I love this spiral stamp! Although it could be used for Mexican sweet bread, I use it for Kaiser rolls and also snowflake rolls when I bake them.
