Of course this is terrific for pastry, but I also use it for cutting cookies, pizza and fuge. Works real well, cutting up easily and then just throw in to wash.

This pastry cutter works as it should, great for cutting lattice strips of pie dough for crusts. That is the primary use in our kitchen.
