How do I determine if a vacuum machine bag will work on my machine?
If you have a chamber-type machine: Buy a chamber-type bag (mesh-less design). The open end of the vacuum bag must be the same size or shorter than the seal bar on your machine, and the bag must also fit inside your machine’s chamber.
If you have an external-type machine: You must buy an external-type, or "out of chamber" bag (mesh design). The open end of the vacuum bag must be the same size or shorter than the seal bar on your machine.

What foods cannot be vacuum sealed?
Foods containing anaerobic bacteria cannot be vacuum sealed: mushrooms, garlic, seafood, and soft cheeses, such as brie, camembert, ricotta, and other soft and unpasteurized cheeses.
Will this roll of bags fit in my VacMaster PRO275 vacuum packaging machine?
The VacMaster PRO275 machine is designed for use with 20' rolls of bags; however, these longer 50' rolls can be used, provided that the roll is cut to a shorter length prior to use. Otherwise, a 50' roll of bags will not fit under the PRO275's cover.

It also ensures maximum bag suction and air removal with minimal stress on your machine, while also improving the packaging of liquid-rich foods like fresh meat and fish. The bags can withstand high temperatures, are boilable, and are a great choice for sous vide cooking. This roll may need to be trimmed to fit inside a built-in roll holder.
