The APW Wyott W 43V countertop food warmer features an innovative "serpentine" shaped heating element design that evenly distributes heat throughout the warmer, keeping your French fries, chicken strips, egg rolls, or even pasta at food safe holding temperatures. Both the exterior of the warmer and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel for easy clean up.
The APW Wyott W 43V 12" x 27" countertop warmer will accept one full size food pan and one 1/3 size food pan. It has a 120V, 12.5 amp, 1500 watt electrical rating and is UL Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.

This is a must have for cheese sauces, chilis, even keeping bacon, hotdogs, or sausages hot. It will boil a gallon of water in about 20 minutes on high.
We have used this unit for many years for soup service. It generally works very well but has a limited life span. After a year or two, it would die and we are always replacing them. It is maintenance free! We wish there's a way to increase its life span.
