The APW Wyott SM-50-7D UL 7 qt. round drop in soup well will allow you to conveniently serve your famous soups or sauces in a buffet, banquet hall, or cafeteria! Thanks to its compact construction, it can accommodate standard 7 qt. round insets while requiring only a 8 3/4" diamater cutout space. This convenient drop in soup well features E-Z Locks around the edges that allow it to easily be installed into metal countertops, and it also includes a 1/2" drain with a removable screen to make cleanup quick and simple.
An easily accessible calrod heating element is mounted under the well in a circular fashion to achieve even heat distribution. For optimum control over the unit's temperature, this round drop in soup well features a thermostatic control. The APW Wyott SM-50-7D UL 7 qt. round drop in soup well is UL and NSF Listed.
