Keep your cold toppings at food safe temperatures with the APW Wyott RTR8 eight compartment refrigerated topping rail. Ideal for salad bars, build-your-own baked potato stations, or even sundae shops, this refrigerated topping rail features a powerful, 1/5 hp compressor.

By maintaining an ideal cooling temperature, the topping rail provides your customers with a consistent, quality product and reduces the amount of waste from spoiling.

The APW Wyott RTR8 topping rail has a tiered well design. The bottom row can hold four, 1/6 size 4" deep food pans, and the top row can hold four, 1/6 size 6" deep food pans, which are included. Polycarbonate hinged lids are also included, to help seal in your products freshness and flavor.

The APW Wyott eight compartment refrigerated topping rail has a 120V, 480 watt, 4 amp, single phase electrical rating, uses R134a (CFC free) refrigerant, and is UL Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.
