Keep all of your menu items piping hot and readily available with the APW Wyott PST-2S two well exposed portable open well steam table! This powerful heating unit holds a 12" x 20" food pan full of pasta, meat, or other delicious foods in each well, and its portable design makes it easy and convenient to move from one location to another. Additionally, this well comes equipped with stainless steel legs for unmatched durability and dependable, long-lasting support.

For optimum heating versatility and temperature retention, each well is warmed by an exposed, easy-to-clean 500 watt heating element independently controlled by an infinite switch while full-body insulation traps heat inside. On the exterior, a 1/2" thick poly board on a stainless steel shelf provides a sturdy surface where customers can place their trays or plates and load up on your signature foods. This unit also comes with a convenient undershelf to hold additional trays, dishes, or other items so your staff can quickly replace buffet products during your busiest hours. For best results, this steam table should be used with water in spillage pans to facilitate even heat and humidity.
