With its large interior and durable, stainless steel racks, the APW Wyott "Mr. Frank" hot dog broiler can hold up to 48 hot dogs.

The broiler's heating system can be set to broil temperatures for cooking hot dogs in less than 15 minutes, and then turned down to safe holding temperatures for serving customers.

The open front of the broiler lets you load and serve without turning off the heating elements. This also allows you to remove the racks for easy cleaning.

The APW Wyott "Mr. Frank" hot dog broiler is UL and NSF Listed, and has a 120V, 1310 watt, 10.9 amp electrical rating. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.
