Two full size nickel-plated fryer baskets let you make French fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, and more quickly and easily, and a cycling light lets you to know when each batch is done. This fryer is made from stainless steel and boasts a lift-out, one piece fry tank construction with carrying handles for easy cleaning. Choose voltage. Perfect fryer for small restaurant or cafe that may fry one or two items. Very durable and don't have to worry about a fryer going out because of its durability
