This slimline built-in 2 drawer warmer features a unique heating system that will provide consistent temperatures throughout the warmer so that your bread, rolls, vegetables, and meats can remain moist and flavorful for as long as possible! With vent slides to control humidity and a thermostatic control that precisely regulates temperatures between 80 and 220 degrees Fahrenheit, you can individually adjust each drawer of this versatile warmer to meet the specific needs of any product. Each drawer features a rolling readout thermometer that allows you to easily monitor its interior temperature.
The APW Wyott HDDSi-2B slimline built-in 2 drawer warmer includes 2 removable full size 6" deep food pans. It requires a 120V electrical connection and must be hard wired; a cord and plug are not included. UL Listed.
