Designed specifically for use on deep countertops, the APW Wyott HDDSi-1 slimline single drawer warmer is constructed with a unique design that allows you to free up usable countertop space for other equipment, utensils, and more!
This single drawer warmer features a unique heating system that will provide consistent temperatures throughout the warmer so that your bread, rolls, vegetables, and meats can remain moist and flavorful for as long as possible! With vent slides on the drawer to control humidity and a thermostatic control that precisely regulates temperatures between 80 and 220 degrees Fahrenheit, you can adjust this versatile warmer to meet the specific needs of any product. The warmer features a rolling readout thermometer that allows you to easily monitor its interior temperature.
The unit boasts an energy efficient stainless steel construction that features 1" of fiberglass insulation on the top, sides, and front of the drawer. With stainless steel slides and slide brackets as well as four self-lubricating stainless steel rollers, you know that you will always have smooth drawer closing and never have problematic jams. The APW Wyott HDDSi-1 single drawer warmer includes a removable full size 6" deep food pan. This warmer has 4" adjustable legs. It requires a 120V electrical connection and is UL Listed.
