What is White Glove service?

Standard common carrier delivery options cover the cost of getting an item to your shipping address but our White Glove delivery service does that and more!

The White Glove agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment within a four hour window, which gives you the flexibility to work around your busy schedule and to prepare the space where your item will be placed. Upon delivery, trained professionals will unload your item from the truck, bring it into the room of choice, unpack the item and remove all packaging debris from the premises.

Please note that White Glove delivery will typically add 5 - 7 business days to your order's transit, and only includes 30 minutes of on-site time. If on-site time beyond 30 minutes is required, you may be responsible for additional fees. Additionally, this service does not include set-up of the items being delivered.

APW Wyott Champion Cookline

APW's new product line, Champion Cookline, is perfect for any user from a restaurant to a school to a convenience store to a deli to even a country club or fast food. Our line features both radiant and char rock charbroilers as well as thermostatically controlled electric and gas griddles as well as a manual gas griddle. We also offer hot plates, step up hotplates, electric hotplates, cheesemelters, and a whole line of induction products. The three most important features to our product line are power, control, and safety. When we discuss power, we use BTUs as a measurement, and we measure at 25% more than our competition, which allows quicker heat up and faster recovery. Our second major feature is control. On our charbroilers, for instance, we use a top grate that has two levels for greater control of cooking. We utilize large, oversized knobs on the front—stainless steel knobs with set screws—and a visual port in the front so you can see and light the pilot light. Our third major feature is safety. We use a double wall construction fire box on our charbroilers, which allow for a greater temperature, which keeps the controls cool to the touch. We also have bull nose fronts, which allow cool to the touch for the operator's hands. What makes Champion Cookline even better is our clean, professional stainless steel front, our 2" heavy duty stainless steel legs, all of our units are field convertible from natural to LP, as well as a 2 year parts and labor warranty.

My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in other cases, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
What's the difference between open well and sealed well steam tables?
Open well tables can be used with spillage pans for moist heat holding, or without pans for dry heat holding of fried foods or other crispy items. This design allows the flexibility to have some of the wells using moist heat, and some of them using dry heat, at the same time. Open well tables do not have drains, so the spillage pans must be removed and emptied after service.

Sealed well tables do not need spillage pans; water is added directly to the well, and is emptied through a drain after service. However, sealed well tables should not be used for dry heat holding.

Perfect for use in any self-serve or buffet area, this APW Wyott GST-2S Champion two pan open well gas steam table lets you display roasted meats, cooked vegetables, and other hot foods at safe temperatures while keeping them easily accessible! This steam table easily accommodates (2) full size food pans, and each well is heated by its own 3,500 BTU burner with individual, recessed controls. For added convenience, a 1/2" thick poly cutting board gives you plenty of space to add finishing touches to food, and to give your customers a place to rest trays and plates in buffet setups.
