This welded, stainless steel griddle is designed for durability, featuring a 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate that can withstand repeated use in your busy commercial kitchen. A 3" high, sloped stainless steel backsplash keeps grease spatters on the griddle where they belong, while the included grease chute drains excess into a removable steel grease collection drawer for maximum convenience. Plus, the pilot light can be lit without removing the front panel!
The APW Wyott GGM-36H griddle stands on 4" adjustable legs and requires a 3/4" NPT gas connection that may be field converted to accommodate either liquid propane or natural gas. CE, CSA, and UL Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.

This is great for all sorts of restaurants. Your bistro want to start doing brunch on the weekend with pancakes and french toast etc... this is perfect.
