The APW Wyott GCB-36H charbroiler has a 36" x 18" cooking surface, providing ample space to cook hamburgers, chicken, fish, or even kabobs! Its special high temperature stainless steel radiants and thick, cast iron "steak char" grate offer even heat distribution and stand up to years of high output char grilling.
The pilot light on the APW Wyott GCB-36H charbroiler can be easily lit and adjusted through openings in the front of the unit, no need to remove the front panel! Clean up has never been easier with the APW Wyott GCB-36H charbroiler! It features an easy access bottom-mounted grease collection pan, removable top grates, and self-cleaning radiants.
The APW Wyott GCB-36H 36" radiant charbroiler is UL Listed and can be field coverted to accommodate liquid propane or natural gas connections. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.
