The APW Wyott EG-24H electric griddle has a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its fast-heating elements can reach 350 degrees in only 11 minutes! The griddle plate is 3/4" thick and fully welded to the griddle's base, providing even heat distribution and quick recovery.
The APW Wyott EG-24H electric countertop griddle has a 208V, 6.72 kW, 32.5 amp electrical rating and requires hard wiring; it does not come with a cord and plug. It is UL and NSF Listed.

Easily grill burgers, breakfast items, vegetables, and more with the Avantco GRID-24 24" electric countertop griddle. Great for light duty use, this griddle features a spacious 15 1/2" x 24" grilling surface. The center portion of this surface achieves temperatures between 120 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit for optimum cooking, while the outside areas of the griddle surface maintain a slightly lower temperature and are great for lower-temperature cooking and keeping food warm once it has been cooked. Each half of the griddle is controlled by a separate dial with 70 degree temperature increments.
Its durable heavy duty stainless steel construction is designed to withstand repeated use in your commercial kitchen, and the 3" side and back splashes keep grease on the griddle and off of the countertops! When finished, cleanup is easy thanks to the removable, bottom-mounted grease pan.
