The APW Wyott EF-15N 15 lb. countertop fryer is compact enough to fit in any kitchen or concession stand, but powerful enough to cook thirty pounds of potatoes in one hour!

The 15 lb. countertop fryer has an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The fryer's coils reach your ideal frying temperature fast and recover quickly between batches. An indicator light lets the operator know when the fryer is ready for the next batch of French fries, onion rings, or any other fried treat.

Made of durable stainless steel, the exterior of the fryer wipes clean and a one-piece stainless steel lift-out tank allows for easy cleaning.

The APW Wyott EF-15N 15 lb. countertop fryer comes with two half size nickel-plated baskets and is UL and NSF Listed. It has a 208/240V, 5.75 watt, 20.6 amp electrical rating, and requires hard wiring; it does not come with a cord and plug.
