Because of its compact size and lightweight, aluminum construction, the APW Wyott CWK 1 PKG 11 quart soup kettle countertop cooker is a great addition to your your buffet, concession stand, or cafeteria style restaurant.

The APW Wyott CWK 1 PKG 11 quart soup kettle countertop cooker has a 120V, 800 watt, 3.3 amp electrical rating, and is UL Listed. It has a diameter of 13 1/2" and is 16" high. An 11 quart inset, hinged lid, and ladle are included. Consult the Specification sheet for further installation requirements.
