To maintain even heating, this soup well boasts a tubular immersible calrod heating element, and it comes with remote thermostatic controls for easy temperature adjustment. A durable stainless steel well pan ensures long product life. Additionally, its EZ Lock system makes it easy to install right into your countertop.
To remove condensation and extra water after use, this unit comes with a 1/2" NPT drain in the bottom of the well. The APW Wyott CH-11D drop in round soup well is NSF Listed. It requires a 120V electrical connection and must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
