With its compact size and powerful heating elements, this APW Wyott CDO-17 countertop deck oven is perfect for baking and finishing a variety of foods in your restaurant, sandwich shop, bakery, or concession stand.

The APW Wyott CDO-17 countertop deck oven has a temperature range of 300 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a 15 minute timer. Two 16 1/2" square, ceramic phosphate decks give you ample room to bake cookies and par-baked pizzas, or for finishing casseroles, pretzels, hot sandwiches, and pies! The decks are 3 1/2" apart and can be removed for easy cleaning.

The electric deck oven also features a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior, which wipe down easily and stand up to years of high output baking.

The APW Wyott CDO-17 countertop deck oven is UL Listed. Choose voltage. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.
