Hold steamed vegetables, fresh meat, and all kinds of pasta at safe, ready-to-serve temperatures with the APW Wyott BM-80D UL insulated bottom mount food well! This stainless steel heated food well is designed to operate with or without water in order to keep your most popular foods hot, tender, and delicious. For superior heat retention, this model comes with 1 1/2" thick compressed fiberglass insulation throughout the well.

This electric heated bottom mount food well is specially designed to effectively warm food while conserving electricity and adhering to high electrical safety standards that earned this product its UL Listing. Its 750-watt serpentine heating element that provides consistent, even heat via a thermostatic controls, and its bottom-mount design places the flange underneath the countertop to maintain a seamless appearance. It is designed to hold one full size 12" x 20" food pan up to 6" deep at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time, and it features a 1/2" NPT drain to funnel water runoff away from the food and prevent pooling.

The APW Wyott BM-80D UL is CSA, CE, UL, and NSF Listed, and it must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Choose voltage. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
