With a 12" x 27" oversized inner liner, the APW Wycott CW 3A 4/3 size countertop food cooker adds valuable extra serving space to your concession stand, buffet, or next catered event.

The APW Wyott CW 3A countertop food cooker can preheat water to 212 degrees Fahrenheit in just ten minutes! Its thermostatic controls give you complete control over the cooker's temperature, allowing you to heat products rapidly and then adjust to proper holding temperatures.

An innovative "serpentine" shaped heating element design evenly distributes heat throughout the cooker, providing every guest with a consistently warm product. Both the exterior of the cooker and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel.

The APW Wyott CW 3A 12" x 27" countertop cooker will accept one full size food pan and one 1/3 size food pan. It has a 120V, 15 amp, 1800 watt electrical rating and is UL Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.
