The Anvil by Vollrath MIN0012 #12 110V Meat Grinder is intended for heavy- duty food processing applications, and has a 1 Horsepower motor that turns blades at 170 rpm, which allows it to grind 220 lbs. of meat in an hour. The Anvil by Vollrath MIN0012 is suitable for any kitchen or supermarket, and has a 100% stainless steel construction, which makes clean up a breeze. The Anvil by Vollrath MIN0012 complies will all safety and hygiene regulations, and is built compactly with no sharp corners or edges. The MIN0012 has an energy efficient motor and precision gear drive, plus a forward and reverse switch. Supplied with 1/8" & 1/4" grinder plates. Replacement grinder knives and plates for the MIN0012 are sold separately. The MIN0012 is 18" high x 9" wide x 16" deep.
