This Anvil by Vollrath FFA8120 20 lb. countertop fryer is great for French fries, onion rings, seafood, calamari, chicken, fish, etc. It is perfect for a small restaurant, deli, catering establishment, or take-out restaurant.

Several built-in features increase its ease of use and safety. For example, the double-pan design allows you to fry two different types of food at different temperatures. With its 220V and 2 x 2,500W output, the Anvil by Vollrath FFA8120 reaches frying temperature fast, and recovers quickly between loads.

The removable stainless steel tanks have carrying handles for easy cleaning and disposal of old oil.

Several special features on this 20 lb. countertop fryer from Anvil keep you safe. An automatic cut-out sensor shuts the unit down if oil temperatures reach 390 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent oil fires. There's also a pilot light that indicates when the elements are energized. Finally, a micro switch disconnects power when the element box is removed.

The Anvil by Vollrath FFA8120 comes with two nickel plated steel wire baskets per tank (for a total of 4 baskets). Overall dimensions of the unit are 23"W x 19"D x 11"H. NSF Listed.
