The Anvil by Vollrath FFA7110 has an automatic cut out at 390 degrees to prevent oil fires, and a fast recovery time. The Anvil by Vollrath FFA7110 has twin baskets, and the oil tank has slip away handles. This Anvil by Vollrath FFA7110 is great for home or very light commercial use.     Anvil by Vollrath FFA7110 10 Pound Countertop Fryer 110V

    We ordered this for a small concession stand for our football league and it works great. We bascially use it for french fries and I am very happy with the capacity and the recovery period. Its very easy to clean and use.
