This Anvil by Vollrath 220V half-size oven has been specially designed for baking breads, muffins, baguettes, biscuits and more. The Anvil by Vollrath COA8004 also utilizes a broiling/browning function as well as a baffle fan that ensures uniform temperature distribution.

The temperature range on the Anvil by Vollrath COA8004 is from 150-570 degrees F, and there are FOUR interior shelves. The Anvil by Vollrath COA8004 is NSF, ETL, and UL 197 certified. Stainless steel interior and exterior.
