The Anvil by Vollrath COA7002 also utilizes a broiling / browning function as well as a baffle fan that ensures uniform temperature distribution. The temperature range on the Anvil by Vollrath COA7002 is from 150-570 degrees F, and there are THREE interior shelves in the 9-1/2"h. x 18-1/2"w. x 16- 1/2"d oven space. The Anvil by Vollrath COA7002 is NSF and ETL certified with a one year factory warranty. Stainless steel interior and exterior. Exterior size of 24"w. x 17"h. x 24"d.
