This super perforated pan contains (42) 3/8" holes that provide a golden crispy crust, which is twice the holes of a standard perforated pan, and allow finished pizzas to stay fresh longer by allowing moisture to escape. Made from durable, sturdy 14 gauge, 1.5 mm thick heavy weight aluminum, this pan has a wide bottom that heats quickly and evenly to thoroughly bake your signature pizza.
