The American Metalcraft 18918P 18" perforated pizza disk contains (275) 3/8" holes that allow the the bottom of the pizza to cook fast, creating a mouth-watering crispy crust. This pizza disk also allows cooked pizza to stay fresh by letting moisture escape.

Note: Perforations will temporarily start 1-2 inches from the edge of the pan

The edges of the disks and the edges of the holes are unfinished and may be sharp. This item is non-returnable.
