Alto-Shaam HN2SYS-48 S/S Details
Keep hot food fresh, moist, and delicious for hours with the Alto-Shaam HN2SYS-48 S/S heated display case! Its attractive exterior matches the profile of many refrigerated display cases too, meaning you can create a customized serving area at your cafeteria, buffet, or deli.
This curved glass heated display case features Alto-Shaam's Halo Heat system, which provides a gentle, radiant heat source for your food. The result is no cold or hot spots, or air movement to dry out your food. Plus, there's no steam to fog up the glass or create additional hassles like drainage or deliming.
This heated display case can hold up to three full size food pans. Two individually managed base heat zones with indicator lights allow for precision control of temperatures. The six, shatter-proof overhead lights are also divided into two zones for better temperature management.
The Alto-Shaam HN2SYS-48 heated display case with base features two tinted and reflective tempered glass sliding doors on the operator side that reflect heat back onto the food and allow easy access. The curved, tempered front glass window lifts up to a 90 degree angle for easy cleaning. A 10" x 36" operator-side work shelf makes it easy to add or remove products.
