Its Halo Heat system provides controlled, uniform heating from the unit's base, while its drop in design and remote thermostat make it easy to customize installation to suit your specific needs. Pair it with overhead lighting and a sneeze guard for a completely unique self-serve station! The Alto Shaam HFM-30 requires a 208V electrical connection and comes with a cord and plug.
