The Alto-Shaam AR7E single pane rotisserie oven can cook up to twenty eight delicious 3 lb. chickens! Rotisserie ovens like the Alto-Shaam AR7E draw customers' attention and increase sales at your market, deli, or convenience store by letting customers see and smell the roasting poultry, ribs, or kabobs.

Solid state electronic controls with a clear easy-to-read LED display make it simple to achieve excellent results. You can program the Alto-Shaam single pane rotisserie oven to cook your product at one temperature, then automatically switch to a lower temperature holding mode where the product can remain until needed. The cooking temperature range is 250 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit; the holding temperature range is 140 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit.

A 1/2 hp motor provides rotation for the spit. An incremental rotation jog and automatic stop feature allow for easy loading and unloading. The Alto-Shaam AR7E single pane rotisserie oven features interior drip strips to channel drippings into a removable pan for easy cleaning. The spits, rotating disks, and drip strips are also removable.

A recessed interior light and the low-e single pane front glass allow for excellent product visibility. This single pane electric rotisserie oven features a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior and comes with 4" legs. The Alto-Shaam AR7E single pane rotisserie oven is UL and NSF Listed.
