The perfect companion to your AR-7E and AR-7EVH rotisserie ovens, this Alto-Shaam AR-7H single pane holding cabinet lets you hold all of your perfectly roasted chickens and other creations at just the right temperature. Its single pane flat glass door provides excellent product visibility and for easy operation, it features an adjustable thermostat and a temperature gauge monitor. (4) stainless steel wire shelves help you make optimal use of its interior. Choose voltage. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
