The Alto-Shaam AR-7EVH double pane rotisserie oven with ventless hood can cook up to twenty eight 3 lb. chickens to a roasted, golden finish at once! Rotisserie ovens like the Alto-Shaam AR-7EVH draw customers' attention and increase sales at your market, deli, or convenience store by letting customers see and smell your product, and its ventless hood design gives greater versatility in where you install it.
