With this Alto-Shaam 6-10ESi Combitherm boilerless electric combi oven, it's easier than ever to cook, roast, steam, and bake all your signature menu items in one unit! For unparalleled versatility, this unit's CombiTouch control system features a variety of easy to use functions, including steam, convection, combination, and retherm modes, six browning levels, and the capacity to store up to 250 multi-step recipes. It also has a quick connect single point internal product temperature probe in the oven interior, and its multi-shelf timers can track up to seven different food items at once. Additionally, innovative EcoSmart technology works to save you money by using less water and electricity than comparable models, and it features a reduced energy setting to further minimize electricity use.

The Alto-Shaam 6-10ESi combi oven requires (2) 3/4" cold water inlets and a 1 1/2" drain connection. It must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord or plug. Choose voltage. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
