Cook double the portion of meats, casseroles, muffins and more with this Alto Shaam 2-ASC-4G / STK / E Platinum Series stacked gas convection oven with electronic controls! A transverse-flow burner system delivers 50,000 BTUs per oven to cook food evenly on all shelves, meaning no more pan rotation. And thanks to its durable, easy-to-clean construction and easy-to-load door design, using and maintaining this oven is a breeze! Each oven is 120V and comes with a cord and plug. Each oven also requires a 1/2" NPT gas connection. Choose fuel. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.

- Each oven chamber equipped with a 50,000 BTU burner

- Traverse-flow burner system controls convected air and prevents need to rotate pans; heavy duty 3/4 hp, two speed motor

- Each oven holds up to (12) full-size (18" x 26" x 1") sheet pans

- Each oven equipped with (6) chrome plated wire shelves and (2) removable side racks with (12) shelf positions

- 72 lb. (45 qt.) capacity per oven

- Solid welded construction; porcelain oven interior with coved corners

- Double pane thermal windows

- Doors open beyond 120 degrees for easy product loading

- Control includes a 100 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit thermostat, 60 minute count-down timer

- Includes 6" stainless steel legs with bullet feet
