Add a new twist to your classic foods with the Alto-Shaam 1000-SK/I low temperature cook and hold smoker oven! This smoker uses real wood chips to produce flavorful smoke for an authentic taste and appearance. A built-in smoke timer lets you choose mild, medium, or heavy smoke flavor for different recipes, and it can even cold smoke fish and cheese. The SureTemp heat recovery system quickly compensates heat loss. And thanks to the patented Halo Heat, you can be sure your food will be cooked, roasted, smoked, or re-heated at a uniform temperature.

This unit features two individually controlled oven compartments enclosed in one 20 gauge stainless steel exterior. Each of the oven compartments is controlled by a classic on/off power switch, a cook temperature knob with a temperature range of 200 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, and a hold temperature knob with a range of 60 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. The digital displays offer up and down arrows to set cook and hold time and 60 minute smoking timers. Indicator lights let you know what stage of the cooking process each oven is currently performing so that you can work more efficiently.

Each of the two doors comes with a magnetic door latch to ensure that they stay tightly closed while the two stainless steel racks and eight interior pan positions allow a wider variety of configurations. This oven has a capacity of 120 lb., 3 full size hotel pans, or 7 full size sheet pans per compartment. Made with stainless steel, the interior of this unit resists corrosion for longer-lasting performance.

This unit requires a 208/240V electrical connection and comes equipped with a voltage conversion switch to select voltage at the time of installation. It includes 5" casters to allow mobility for cleaning.
