The Alto-Shaam 100HSL TM hot carving shelf is designed specifically to maintain your succulent roasts at optimal serving temperature throughout your event! Thanks to its "Halo Heat" system, the base radiates a controlled, gentle warmth that keeps the roast hot and delicious without continuing to cook it. An adjustable 250 watt infrared heat lamp provides additional heat.
The shelf surface of the Alto-Shaam 100HSL TM hot carving shelf is recessed to catch drippings, and the sanitary cutting board surface features a gravy lane to ease cleanup. Other convenient features include an adjustable thermostat and ON/OFF switch, durable stainless steel construction, and 1" legs that are removable to place directly on a Halo Heat holding cabinet or cook and hold oven.
The Alto-Shaam 100HSL TM hot carving shelf is 120V, draws 6 amps, and has an output of 750 watts. It is UL and NSF Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details, measurements, and installation requirements.
