The Adcraft DF-6L 10 lb. countertop fryer is perfect for light-duty applications like delis, small sandwich shops, and concession stands. It is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel that's durable and easy to clean. A temperature control switch allows for adjustment between 120 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The tank has small handles for easy removal and cleaning. The Adcraft DF-6L countertop fryer requires a 120V electrical connection and is NSF Listed.
This unit is not designed for constant, heavy use. Backed by a one year limited warranty from Adcraft.

Will this unit make donuts? What else would we need, or do you recommend another product?
While you can technically cook a donut in any fryer, what donut frying really needs is surface area for the floating product. This being a standard countertop fryer built mainly for full immersion-cooking foods like fries, etc, will take a lot of oil for the surface area used.
At the moment, we do not stock a donut-specific fryer, we do stock funnel cake fryers. These fryers, being made for floating dough product and therefore shallow, would be a better fit for making donuts. You can see our funnel cake fryers here, with our funnel cake supplies.

I have only used the fryer once but it works perfectly so far. It was well packaged and arrived undamaged. A fair price for a decently sized fryer. Seller was also first rate, instant shipping. I am satisfied..
