    These springform pans bake well and evenly due to being made of aluminum; however, the clip that is used with this pan is less than average and does not hold up well.

    My cheesecakes haven't ever turned out so perfect! Even cooking all around, so not an over cooked side, and the spring latch is sturdy..I expect these to last a long time..

    I used this for cheesecakes. They work really nicely... they came out of the pan perfect. I'm sure you can use these for cakes and lots of other stuff!

    this springfoam cake pan is leakproof. We found no leakage and it even holds water as proof. A very good product at a very very good price
