This #8 Vollrath 47140 gray disher has a bowl capacity of 1/2 cup and a molded, one-piece handle that improves durability, makes cleaning easy and prevents handle from coming apart. It also has an 18-8 stainless steel bowl and components to prevent corrosion and insure longer life. These dishers have color-coded handles for no-guess size selection and accurate portions. The extended grooved handle provides a sure grip for comfortable use and the blade extends beyond bowl to prevent sticking. It is dishwasher safe, made in the U.S.A. and NSF certified. They come with a limited lifetime warranty. This disher has a bowl diameter of 2 13/16" and an overall length of 9 9/16".

    These portion control dishers are great for just about anything. From scooping out cookie dough, scooping mashed potatoes, jello, etc, etc...the possibilities are endless. The best thing is they come in a wide variety of sizes and they are all color coded to the Vollrath standard coding system, which makes remembering portion sizes across their product line easier, and easier.
