The 8.5 qt. Carlisle 60362RS straight sided aluminum sauce pan is the ultimate pan for superior stewing, boiling, and braising. The rounded corners allow for easy stirring which helps thick sauces from burning. The heavy duty straight sided pan's thick base also provides quick and even heating.

This pan is crafted of hard 3004 aluminum alloy to stand up to the toughest food service environment.

A straight sided sauce pan is ideal for creating and reducing sauces and cooking vegetables. The wide bottom area of the pan also allows for maximum heat conduction while cooking.

This pan also features removable Dura-Kool sleeves.
