Boy are these scissors sharp! It is convenient to snip herbs directly on or into your dish. Uniform pieces lend a finished look for plating and they are fun to use.

These work great! They work best with drier herbs. It's so much faster than using a knife. It comes with a little brush to get the stuck stuff out (mainly with the moister herbs).

These only really work if they are sharp! And boy are they sharp! They work nicely for chives and rustic style cuts of parsley and cilantro!!!

This is a really cool tool for any of your soups, stews or sauces! It finely chops any herb with ease! My only issue is you need another pair of fine shears for accurately cutting a garnish.

I never knew there was any other way to dice herbs finely without the use of a cutting board until I found this product. I think I've fallen in love.
